Connect e-Factura (ANAF)

Sync official Romanian e-invoices straight from ANAF into your invoice list.

Romanian companies can connect ANAF e-Factura so official electronic invoices sync into SignSolid automatically, without depending on anyone emailing them to you.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Connections and go to Sources > e-Invoicing.
  2. On the RO e-Factura card, choose Connect.
  3. You are taken to ANAF's authorisation page. Sign in and approve access.
  4. You come back to SignSolid, the connection goes active, and syncing starts.

The result

Official e-invoices from ANAF appear in your Invoices list automatically, alongside invoices captured from email and uploads.

Where you have both an emailed PDF and an official e-Factura record for the same invoice, the e-Factura version wins. It is the authoritative record.

Troubleshooting
