Connecting supplier portals safely

Some suppliers never email an invoice. They put it behind a login on their own portal. The SignSolid Portal Connect browser extension collects those, and it is designed so your portal passwords stay yours.

How it is protected

• It uses the session you already have. The extension runs in your already signed-in browser session, so it does not need your portal password and none is shared with us.
• Where a credential must be stored, it is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• Least privilege. The connection is used only to retrieve invoices from the suppliers you connected, and nothing else.

The result

SignSolid can pull invoices from portals that never send email, while your portal logins stay under your control and are never handed over.

Good to know

• The extension only acts on portals you have connected. It does not read other sites you browse.
• You can remove a portal connection, or uninstall the extension, at any time.
