What a document sharing workspace does

If you chose the document sharing workspace type at signup, SignSolid works as a secure way to send documents to people outside your company and see what happens to them.

What you get

• Secure share links. Send a link instead of an attachment, and keep control of it after you have sent it.
• Data rooms. A folder of documents shared as one space, with permissions per person.
• Signing. Collect signatures on documents you have shared.
• Analytics. See who opened a document, how long they spent, and which pages held their attention.
• Custom branding. Put your own domain and branding on what recipients see.

This is a different workspace type

Document sharing and accounting are separate workspace types, chosen once at signup. A document sharing workspace does not have invoice capture or bank reconciliation, and an accounting workspace does not have the documents and data rooms screens. If you want both, create a second workspace.
