Where your data is stored and who can see it
EU primary storage, a mirror you own, and access limited to people you invite.

Your data lives in two places, and only the people you invite can reach it.
Where it is stored
- Primary, encrypted, in the EU. We keep a secure copy of every invoice, encrypted at rest.
- A mirror in your own cloud. If you connect Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, or Box, invoices are copied there too. That copy stays under your control.
Who can see it
- Workspaces are isolated. If you run several companies, each is a separate workspace. Nothing is shared between them.
- Roles limit access. Each team member sees what their role allows. External accountants are read only and cannot change anything.
- Clients see only their own space. In a firm workspace, a client contact reaches only the documents belonging to that client.
The result
Your data is held securely in the EU and mirrored to storage you own, and access is limited to the people you invite, at the level you choose.
