Connect a cloud storage provider

Mirror every invoice into storage you own, filed the way you want it.

SignSolid keeps its own copy of every invoice. On top of that, you can mirror invoices into cloud storage you control, so the files sit inside your own systems too.

Supported providers

Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Connections and go to Destinations > Cloud storage.
  2. Pick your provider, sign in, and grant access.
  3. Choose the root folder that invoices should be filed under.

How routing works

SignSolid works out which company an invoice belongs to and files it into the right place under your root folder. You do not build routing rules by hand.

Good to know

  • Connecting cloud storage is optional. SignSolid works fine without it.
  • If your cloud provider is briefly unavailable, invoice processing carries on and the sync retries by itself.
  • If a file has not appeared yet, the invoice is still safe. The mirror can lag behind by a little.
  • Disconnecting a provider stops new files being mirrored. Files already there stay where they are.
  • Changing the root folder applies to invoices processed from that point on, not retroactively.
