What "Needs review" means

SignSolid processed the invoice but was not confident about a field, so it is asking you.

Needs review means the invoice went through, but SignSolid was not confident about one or more extracted fields. It wants you to confirm them before the invoice is treated as final.

What to do

  1. Open the invoice flagged Needs review.
  2. Check the highlighted fields against the document shown next to them.
  3. Save if they are right, or correct them and then save.
  4. If the document itself is unreadable, upload a cleaner copy and let it reprocess.

Why it happens

  • The document is a low quality scan or a photo.
  • The layout is unusual and does not match common invoice shapes.
  • A field that matters is missing or ambiguous on the invoice itself.
