Choose your workspace type
SignSolid is two products in one. Pick the right workspace at signup, because the choice is permanent.

The first thing SignSolid asks is what the workspace is for. Your answer decides which product you get, and it is set once and cannot be changed afterwards.
The two types
If you choose Accounting
You are asked one more question: who you are.
- A company keeping its own books. The setup walks you through your company details, connecting the mailbox your invoices arrive in, telling us who your accountant is, and where you heard about us.
- An accountant or a firm serving several clients. A shorter setup: your firm details, then straight to your client portal. The middle steps do not apply to a firm, so we skip them.
Why the choice is permanent
The two products have different navigation, different screens, and different data. Switching a live workspace between them would leave records with nowhere to live. If you need both, create a second workspace.
Troubleshooting
- Picked the wrong type? Create a new workspace and choose again. Contact support if you have already put data into the wrong one.
- Need both products? Run them as two workspaces and switch between them from the workspace switcher.
- Sent back to setup? If you left the setup part way through, we return you to the step you reached, so nothing you already answered is lost.
