Switch between workspaces

If you look after more than one company, each one is its own workspace. You reach all of them from a single login.

Steps

1. Open the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.
2. Choose the workspace you want.
3. SignSolid loads that workspace's data.

What is separate

Each workspace is fully self-contained. Invoices, bank connections, storage, capture address, settings, and people are all its own. Nothing leaks between workspaces, and team members and accountants are invited per workspace rather than once across all of them.

Troubleshooting

• An invoice is in the wrong workspace. Send it to the right workspace's capture address instead.
• Someone cannot see a workspace. They need an invitation to that specific workspace. Access does not carry across.
• You have hit the workspace limit. Your plan caps how many you can have. Check Settings > Billing.
